COMPLETE TAX FILING SERVICE
Alliance takes full responsibility for the payment of all federal, state, and local payroll taxes. We will also file all quarterly and year-end forms directly with the proper authorities. All work is guaranteed correct or we pay ALL the penalties and interest!
$9.50 per payroll processing up to three states ($10.00 per month per state after three).
DIRECT DEPOSIT
You'll never have to stand in line at the bank again! Your employees can have their net proceeds electronically deposited in any bank in the United States that accepts direct deposit (virtually all do.) They can also have a portion deposited in their savings account and the balance in checking. This will save your company the cost of clearing employee checks and the headache of reconciliation.
35¢ per transaction plus $5.00 per company processing. Example: Your company has ten employees each with one direct deposit transaction.The cost of direct deposit for that payroll processing would be $8.50 ($5.00 plus [35¢ x10]).
FEDERAL NEW HIRE REPORTING
All employers are now mandated to report new hires to the government within two weeks of hire. Let Alliance handle this headache for you! Our system will automatically determine new hires each pay period and we'll electronically report them to the proper agency. We even pay the penalty for late reporting!
$2.00 per new hire.
HUMAN RESOURCE MODULE
PC Input clients may want to consider this excellent program. Our human resource program lets you track EEO, FMLA, Cobra payments, insurance programs, plus a wide range of other complex human resource requirements. In addition, it's all in the same database as the basic payroll software; no dual-entry or dumping files!

ALLIANCE-PAY
With this program, we print your paychecks off of our bank account. This relieves you of having to pay bank check clearing charges, reconciling statements, and, more importantly, being faced with the very real threat of paycheck fraud.
35¢ per check plus $5.00 per company processing (credit check required).
EMPLOYEE SELF-SERVICE
Give your employee 24/7 access to their payroll and human resources data over the internet.
25¢ per employee per month with a minumum of $50.
