Employee Reports

  • ">Accrual Balance With Rate
    This Report shows the Employees By Accrual Code with the employees current Hours Balance,Dollars Balance And Accrual Rate. An Additional formula allows the Dollars balance displayed to be calculated from the employees base rate instead of what is displayed on the Time Off Tab.
    This report will be set up under the report id: AccrBal2
  • Anniversary List
    This report shows employees with their hire dates listed by month. When run for Most Recent Pay Period the report will show all employees. To run for a range of months or for a single month enter dates for these month(s) in the report override dates.
    There is one additional formulas on this report
    YYYShowAddress - Set to TRUE or FALSE to show or hide the employee's address
    This report will be set up under the report id: AnnList
  • Avery 5160
    These are employee labels for Avery 5160 mailing labels (3 across by 10 down).
    This report will be set up under the report id: Adr5160
  • Avery 5160 (Time Card)
    This report prints employee labels designed for time cards. The labels only contain the employee name and a Period End Date. The period end date is determined by the end date of the report. You can change this date by right-clicking the report, choosing properties, clicking Override Dates and then typing in appropriate end date into the report end date.

  • Birthday List
    This report shows employees and their birthdays listed by month. When run for Most Recent Pay Period the report will show all employees. To run for a range of months or for a single month enter dates for these month(s) in the report override dates.
    There are two additional formulas on this report
    YYYShowBirthYear - Set to TRUE or FALSE to show or hide the employee's year of birth
    YYYShowAddress - Set to TRUE or FALSE to show or hide the employee's address
    This report will be set up under the report id: BirthList
  • Change Log With Name
    This change log includes the employee names on it. When running this change log or the standard change log be sure to specify the dates in the report properties for when the changes were made. This is not necessarily the same as your check dates. If you run the report for 'Most Recent Pay Period' you will only see the changes that were made on the day of your check date. Click 'OverRide Date' and highlight the Begin Date and then type the beginning date for when the change was made, then press Tab. Do the same for the End Date.

  • EEO Reports
    If your company is subject to EEO-1 reporting these reports can assist you in filing your EEO-1 worksheet with the EEOC. This report has been updated to account for the new ethnic categories on the 2007 version of the form. After installing it is necessary to do a little setup on the EEO Worksheet (report id HR07.2). Right-Click this report and go to Properties. Then choose the Additional Formulas tab. Here you need to tell the report which codes stand for which ethnicities. Both reports (HR07.2 and HR08.2) have an additional formula called YYYActiveInPeriod. By default this is set to TRUE which means that only employees receiving checks between the report begin and end date will be shown on the report. If you change this additional formula to FALSE then it will display all employees, but you can also filter the report as needed.

  • Employee Count Reports
    These two reports will give you a count of active employees in the date range that you specify. The CountAct report uses the employee hire and term dates to determine if an employee was active. The CountPaid report looks at the gross compensation of the employee to determine if the employee was active.

  • Employee Profile
    Shows Employee demographic information, filing status, rates, additional rates, recurring earnings and deductions, benefit accruals, and direct deposits. Filter the report as needed.
    This report will be set up under the report id: EmpPrf
  • Master Payroll Report
    This report contains demographic,compensation,tax,direct deposit,deduction and ytd information.
    This report will be set up under the report id: MastPay
  • Missing SS
    This report shows employees who are missing a social security number.
    This report will be set up under the report id: MissSS
  • Monthly Employee Count
    This report shows the total number of active employees and the total number of terminated employees for every month between the report begin and end dates.
    This report will be set up under the report id: MCounts
  • New Hire Report
    This report shows employees who received their first check on the check date for which you are running the report. The report page breaks by the employees state and also shows pertinent tax information on each state.

  • New Hires And Terms (Report Writer)
    This report-writer report shows employee hired or terminated in between the begin date and end date of the report. If you run the report for 'Most Recent Pay Period' you will only see employees hired or terminated on the day of your check date, it is necessary to click 'OverRide Date' and highlight the Begin Date and then type the beginning date for when the change was made, then press Tab. Do the same for the End Date. Press 'OK' to save your dates and then run the report.

  • New Hires And Terms (Non Report Writer - 2 reports)
    These 2 reports show employees hired or terminated in between the begin date and end date of the report. By right-clicking the report and going to 'Properties'-->'Additional Formulas' it is possible to change the grouping, sort order and even control what data goes into three custom fields on the report. For assistance setting these properties please contact Alliance Payroll.

  • Not Paid Since
    This report shows employees who have not had a check since the report begin date. By default the report is filtered to only show Active employees. The purpose here is to make sure that employees are getting terminated properly.
    This report will be set up under the report id: NoPaySince
  • Payroll Memos
    This report shows the memos that have been entered on employees. It only shows those that have been marked to display on the pay detail screen.
    This report will be set up under the report id: PDMemo
  • Phone List
    This report shows active employee phone numbers.
    This report will be set up under the report id: PhoneList
  • Random Drug Testing
    This report shows a random selection employees from each department (Cost Center 1 by Default). There are two additional formulas available on this report. YYYGroupField - (Default is {EInfo.cc1}) this formula tells the report how to group the randomly selected employees. YYYTopXPercent - (Default is 10) this formula tells the report what percentage of employees from each group to randomly select.

  • Turnover
    This report shows the total employees,total active,current total terminated employees, current turnover percentage, YTD total terminated employees, and YTD turnover percentage. Date Selection: Normally you will want to use 'Override Dates' for this report and type in the beginning and endining dates. Employees terminated within the start and end dates for the report are considerd 'Current' terminated employees. Employees terminated in the same year as the report begin date are considered 'YTD' terminated employees.

Payroll Reports

  • 401K Report With SSN
    This report is very similar to the 401K report but also includes the employees SSN on it.
    This report will be set up under the report id: 401KSSN
  • Agency Checks
    Report shows the agency id,name,address,checknumber,date,amount and the check stub memo. You can turn the check stub memo off by setting the additional formulas. You can also turn off the address from displaying in the additional formulas.

  • Compensation Detail Report (Custom)
    A landscape version of the standard Millennium Compensation Detail report with extra date fields and 2 customizable earnings. What displays in the custom earnings columns is defined in the report properties in the additional formulas tab. For assistance setting these formulas please contact us.

  • Deduction Audit Report
    A recurring deduction report that includes the calc code field.
    This report will be set up under the report id: DedAudit
  • Earnings By Job
    Report Lists Hours,Rates and Amounts by Employee Within Job. There are several additional formulas on this report that allow for further control over what is displayed.
    This report will be set up under the report id: JobEarns
  • Fix The Emp No Pay Report
    The standard employees not paid report in your system will not show employees who have a Blank check in the Pay Detail screen. Apply this patch to fix this issue.
  • Hours Over
    This pre-process report shows employees who have regular hours over the limit for regular hours. This limit is defined under the report properties on the 'Additional Formulas' Tab. Click 'Override Dates' and manually type the beginning and ending check dates that are necessary for the report. The report uses additional formulas to specify additional report criteria, call for assistance on these if necessary.
    This report will be set up under the report id: HrsOver
  • Last Check Date
    This report shows the last check date for all employees.
    Set the report filters as needed.
    There is also an additional formula on this report to display a custom field, please call Alliance Payroll for assistance setting this field if needed.

  • Multiple Worksite Report
    This report provides the information necessary to complete the Multiple Worksite Report - BLS 3020. There is an additional formula called YYYCCLevel which determines what Cost Center (Department Level) the report will give you the quarterly wages and number of employees worked for. It is also possible to put the addresses for your different cost centers on the report. The address must be entered into 'company setup' under 'departments' in the 'more information' button.

  • New Import Report
    This is an updated Import File Status report that includes alternating color lines and will include the employee names even if the employee clock number is not the same as the id number.
  • State Tax Report - Current QTD & YTD
    This report shows the Wages and State Income Tax by state. There are columns for Current, Quarter to Date and Year to Date. The figure for Current reflects the totals for the date range specified in the report properties.

  • Void Manual Checks
    This report shows you the checks that were created in void manual batches (batches marked VM). Detail is included but you can suppress the detail from the report properties and choosing 'Suppress Employees' from the Subtotals and Breaks Tab.

Miscellaneous Utilities

  • DAO Install
    This will install the base components needed for Millennium data access. Do not run this unless instructed to by Alliance Payroll.
  • Employee Copier
    This utility will copy the employee setup from one company into another company. Extreme caution should be used to make sure that all codes associated with any employee that is being copied are available on the company being copied to. This includes recurring deductions and earnings,worker comp codes,departments,benefit accrual codes etc. Please contact Alliance Payroll for further information on this utility and download instructions.
  • Employee Lookup
    This utility allows you to lookup employees by SSN,Name or department accross multiple company databases. After installing the utility be sure to click 'Update Company List' and then 'Update Employee List' from the 'Tools' menu.
  • Millennium Users
    This Utility Allows you to view the workstations that are logged into Millennium Companies. There is also an option to see which workstations (if any) may be causing corruption in the databases.
  • Report Filters
    This Utility will update all of your reports to make sure that they have all the filtering options that are available to them.
  • Report ID Utility
    This handy utility allows you to change your Report IDs and to make a copy of a report into a new report ID.
  • Transmission Fixer
    This utility can be useful to fix a rare problem that can occur after there is an error while trying to receive files. One symptom that this error has occured is that your system attempts to recalc YTD at the end of the receive process. After running this utility it will be necessary to re-receive your payroll.
  • Visual Basic Run Time Files
    The visual basic run time files are required for all of the utilities listed on this page. Most newer computers have these installed by default but if the utilities below will not work we recommend installing this as a precaution.
  • Visual Fox Pro Run Time Files
    The visual fox pro run time files, install only as directed by Alliance Support
  • Zip Codes
    This will update your system database with zip codes from the employees currently in your payroll system. This will allow you to enter the zip code on new hires and have their city and state filled in automatically.
