1. How long does it take to set up?
The setup time is very quick, generally we can have you up and running the next day.
2. How do I tell my employees how to log in?
3. How are the employees assigned passwords, what if they forget their password?
The Employee Self Service Enrollment letter contains the employee's preassigned randomly generated password. The first time an employee logs in they wil be prompted to change their password. Should they forget the password you can log in and reset it for them. After resetting the password it will revert to the same password listed on the employees original enrollment letter. If they still have their enrollment letter they can then use the password provided on it or you can print the enrollment letter for the employee.
4. Is the system secure?
All internet traffic to and from the employee self service web site is encrypted providing solid protection against eavesdropping attacks on confidential employee data. Security certificates are provided by Thawte Consulting.
5. What about new hires, how do they get their login information?

7. What are the system requirements for use of the site?
Employees will need internet access, a PDF viewer (such as Acrobat Reader) and web browser (Internet Explorer version 5+ or equivalent) to use the employee self service web site.
8. Are there any additional contracts to sign?
No, this service is covered by the same contract that you signed when you started running payroll with Alliance Payroll.
9. How much does it cost?
The cost is 25 cents per active employee per month, regardless of how many are actually using the system. There is a minimum charge of $50 per month for this service.
