This screen is available to the Admin user only.
Tab and Company Level Security are offered. You can have an unlimited number of users in the HR program. Passwords are stored encrypted using strong recursive encryption.
You can give a user any combination of View,Save,Delete and Add permissions for any of the tabs. Taking away View permission removes all permissions for the selected tab. You can set the security for multiple tabs at once, just highlight multiple tabs using the Control and/or Shift keys and set the permissions as usual.
The permission that are set here apply to both the data entry tabs and to the report writer. Users who cannot view tabs also cannot report on them.
