The Reviews Tab allows you to track reviews that employees are given. This tab is enhanced with features that will fill in the 'New Pay Amount' for you once you put in the raise amount. If you put in a new position or title the tab will ask you if you want to update the employees Position Code or Title in the Demographics screen. You can also update the employees base rate or salary as well as update the employees 'Last Review' and 'Next Review' dates.
