The HR Program includes a very flexible report writer that allows you to create reports with data from any tab or combination of tabs. The report writer can generate reports from multiple companies at once. It also has powerful formatting features that allow for page breaks, line spacing and font control. You can sort,group and total your data based on any piece of human resources data. This screen allows you to create new reports and acts a launching point for other Report Writer activities. Reports are edited by highlighting a report and clicking the Edit button. You can generate a listing of the report setup by clicking the List Report button. Other tools and are provided here as well such as the ability to copy your report o another company or launch the report directly to your printer, a preview window, Excel or an export file.
