This tab is a real time saver! Here you can enter rate increases for employees, update the employees 'Last Raise Date' and 'Last Raise Amount' fields automatically and the employees base rate and/or salary. There is even a button that allows you to enter a Review based on this rate change, which fills out most of the review information for you, saving valuable time.
